grey oyster dehydrated mushrooms

2 ounces of dehydrated grey oyster mushrooms.

Oyster mushrooms are excellent in stir fries, soups and sauces. Their mild and delicate texture pairs well with steak, chicken and seafood. 

Rehydrate in your liquid of choice for 20-30 minutes, or add directly to soups or sauces allowing time for rehydration. be sure to cook with the liquid you use for rehydration as there will be great mushroom flavor incorporated in it.
